 Since 2019, the DMV Cup has been the showcase adult soccer event in the DC metro area. Featuring men’s, women’s, and coed small-sided 7v7 teams from the District, Maryland, Virginia, and beyond, the tournament is a celebration of our local soccer culture.

Celebrate the DMV’s biggest 7v7 soccer tournament with top-tier competition, food trucks, music, and community vibes — all in Columbia Heights on October 11th.

To book your spot in the DMV Cup, one player (the Team Captain) is responsible for registering the team. The Team Captain is the main point of contact between District Soccer and your team.

The tournament is organized by District Soccer, the region’s largest adult soccer organization. Known for its professional operations and community focus, District Soccer creates a festival-like tournament experience rooted in competitive spirit and connection.

The DMV Cup takes place in Columbia Heights at Bell Field, Cardozo High School, and Roosevelt High School.

The tournament offers six divisions: Men’s+, Women’s+, and Coed, with both Casual and Competitive levels for each.

Games are 7v7 and played across eight fields. Exact match length will be decided closer to the tournament date, but teams should expect to play a minimum of 3 games.
